Online psychotherapy has become more popular in the past years, and with the Coronavirus Pandemic, online therapy has become the preferred method of therapy. It allows us to stay home and stay safe.

Other benefits include the comfort and convenience of meeting from your own home, or other private place, without having to deal with transportation, or taking time
off work.

Recent research has established that online therapy is as effective, and sometimes, more effective than in-person therapy.

Online sessions work much the same way as traditional therapy sessions with only one difference – the therapist and the client are not in the same room.

In the online face-to-face sessions, I provide a caring, nonjudgmental, and safe space, and utilize the same therapeutic interventions as in in-person sessions.
